I am 21 years old, 310 pounds with an approximate BMI of 40-41%. When I was in school, I was pretty active. I played on the varsity basketball/rugby team, but still had a bad diet, so I remained overweight. After I graduated, I was unable, or at times too lazy to find a job, and gained over 100 pounds. Now I am
trying to lose around 120-130 pounds. It's going to be difficult, but I am hoping with the motivation of communicating with other people with similar goals to my own, I might be able to succeed... someday.
