Hey I'm Josh. I've been getting too much weight on me for a while now. I haven't been a good weight for several years now. I really want to get back to that weight..which was 150 pounds. I'm only 5'7 and I weight 178 pounds. By BMI that means I'm nearly 30 pounds overweight.
While it's true that I'm not in dire need of weight loss I could still stand to lose some weight. I thought joining a forum would help give me more ideas for what I'm currently doing to lose weight.
As a 21 year old college student..it's hard to make time for much exercise and there's not whole lot to do where I'm at really. It's a small town. I skateboard a do a few other things. Not many places to skate either. I like a few sports but I'm a bit too picky I guess.
I really envied guys with abs and wanted to look more like the ideal ever since I was in 7th grade or so. In Junior High and High School I used to starve myself in order to lose weight. That was a bad idea. Not only is it unhealthy but it slows your metabolism. So...I'm looking for ways to tone and build metabolism and tone I guess.
