Hello all! Newcomer to the forum. I have been attempted diets every now and again for years, all have been a bit of a waste of time (except for once when I did lose a fair ammount only to gradually put it back on!)
Recently I decided once and for all to do something about my weight, and so started my diet. I'm just into my 3rd week now. As I have a bad track record for starting and stopping diets I am still worried that at some point I might give up or fail so hopefully joining a dieting community will give me a bit of extra motivation.
I am looking forward to hearing everybody elses advice and dos/donts and success stories!
