Hello everyone! 
My name is Sarah, nice to meet everyone. I have been on a weight loss and toning journey for a while now. I first lost about 62 pounds with weight watchers over a course of 11 months. Now I took some time off of the weight loss life, but I am back in it. Ive been working out 4 days a week, cardio, and weight training. Im eating 1700 calories a day give or take just a few (which is 600 less than my BMR). And for some reason im not losing any weight. Ive been on this diet/exercise plan for going on three weeks now, and I just thought that the scale would at least change by a pound. Nope. if anything ive only gained weight. I eat everything fat free or low cal, i eat yogurt, chicken, fruit, veggies, and whole wheat everything. I have no idea what I am doing wrong, and if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.
