My name is Jen and I'm new here. I'm looking for support through my weight loss journey. I used to be a fitness trainer up until 3 years ago.. Then, I got into a period of deppression, stopped working and gained some weight. It wasn't a big deal at first, but then one day I met one of my clients who was really shocked by my "bigger" appearance. I felt horrible - went on the scales and found out I have gained nearly 20 lbs... You'd thing that would have put an end to my overeating, but instead it got me eating even more and today I have about 45 lbs to lose. Enough is enough, I'm done hating myself, its time for a real change.
Sorry for the long post, I'd be happy to get and give support along with diet and work out tips I used to teach...
