Hey, everyone. 
My name is Michael. I am 18 years old, from New Zealand.
I have come to this forum, because I feel that I need to lose a bit of weight before I am confident enough to enjoy Summer at the beach.
Now, I know I'm not really big, but I just have too much fat to be confident enough to take off my top at the beach.
It's eating away at me, because my girlfriend loves the beach, and loves swimming.
I weigh 83-85kgs (187lbs?)
So about a week ago, I started eating healthy, and going for runs around my local park field for about 20-30 minutes (I usually do about 10 laps). I find this extremely tough, and I sweat more than I've ever seen ANYONE sweat (I SWEAR!
)
I'd like to thank this forum so much, because I was looking through before and after photos, and they're all so legit, because other sites that are more official never seem legit, because the USER isn't posting up their own experiences. You are all such a big inspiration, and motivation to me!
Anyway, if I keep at my running, and diet, how long will it take to lose about 8kgs? Maybe 10?
