Hey want to lose weight have pics

In high school I was powerlifter and no longer powerlift now I want to lose weight. I want to be lean, I like doing full body workouts and tend to focus more on legs. I weigh 194.3lbs Im 5ft 6in I would like to get down to 180-175lbs. I try to maintain a 2000 calorie diet. But as you can tell not to successful. Here is one pic I can get the other to load.

Read the relevant stickies. If you want to get somewhat technical, check out John Berardi - Massive Eating Part I . Obviously you want to use this information to create a deficit, not a surplus, but the fundamentals are the same - just subtract calories instead of adding. :)
 
Welcome to the forum. There is some amazing information on here. Since you want to lose weight, I would suggest reading the weight loss section and nutrition section. You look like you already have a good muscular base and once you drop the 10-20 lbs, it will show off nicely.
 
I can tell you used to toss some serious weight. Lose 10 - 15# and you'll be in great shape.
