How tall are you? 129 doesn't seem to be much to me. If you really want to be in shape you should do some resistance training. Muscle will have you leaner and toned. It may not help with weight a lot, but you'll be healthier and thinner/toned. Also, a pound of muscle burns approx 100 calories over the course of a week. The more muscle you have the better your body handles food!
