Hey to everyone

I have absolutely no plan of action as of now.

I am going through some things that are making any kind of diet very challenging. I did the whole "starvation diet" for over 2 years and have been off of it now for over a year. I have gained back about half of my weight. I want to get the rest off, but meals are presenting a challenge, seeing as eating any kind of food makes me put on considerable weight.

So, I am here to see what others are doing to help lose weight and keep it off.
 
How tall are you? 129 doesn't seem to be much to me. If you really want to be in shape you should do some resistance training. Muscle will have you leaner and toned. It may not help with weight a lot, but you'll be healthier and thinner/toned. Also, a pound of muscle burns approx 100 calories over the course of a week. The more muscle you have the better your body handles food!

I'm only 5 feet tall, so 129 is considered "overweight" by doctors standards. I feel overweight which makes me unhappy. There is a lot of room for improvement on my body.
