hello. i signed up for this site about a month ago and never had a chance to look around on it. well about me, i am 21 years old. i live in michigan. so if anyone lives near howard city, mi or lowell, mi please let me know i am looking for work-out buddies. i have a son that was born on 9/11/2009, hes my everything! i live with my mom but moving to my boyfriends soon. i have been overweight my entire life. and i am tired of not having energy to do the simple everyday things. and im tired of getting sick. i am on a bunch of other sites as well, just trying to find the one that works for me.
 
Hi, if you want to lose weight, Once you decide is for long term and have good habit about food and exercise, you must keep going and going, change your habit everyday and keeping your new habit until you use to it.

I did that and until now I am keeping my habit, the first thing I did was keep all the healthy food in the kitchen and the fridge. So all the stuff like soda, cookies, chocolate etc. should not in your kitchen.

I also share my weight-loss plan with a friend. It is always easier when you are two people and more fun!

I Wrote down my goal on many papers with details (prefer something like “loose every week 2 pounds” to “I must eat less”) and stick it everywhere (bedroom, fridge, bathroom …).
I Drink a lot of water ( 3 L per day) and forget all kind of fast food.

There are many thing I can share with you but I think that should be a good beginning. Good Luck !
