If I were to be diagnosed anything, I'd be like a...schizophrenic health nut. About two years ago I dove into good habits with nutrition & fitness, my life blossomed. Some depression hit, and I've gained about 20lbs of sedentary fat. (It's in the gene pool to have a thick behind, unless you work out regularly.)
So, while I've maintained my membership at the gym & occasionally do all the right things; I'm still plagued by a case of fat-ass.
So I'm 5'5", 135 lbs; and I want to make my way back to where I was. This time, I want it to be a lifestyle change. I realize I have to re-train my thinking, become addicted to what is 'healthy' and not 'unhealthy'.
It's just a little scary to go at alone, and support can be hard to find.
