Hi everyone, My name is Jayson and i've been trolling the forums for about a good 2 weeks now. Found this board after guessing fitness.com was a real site. I've been wanting to lose weight for awhile now so i'm hoping being a member of this board will help keeping the motivation up towards this goal. Just to give you an idea, when i was 20 i was 165 pounds. I'm now 23 5'6 215 pounds. My ultimate goal is to get down to possibly 180 175 but i certainly wouldn't mind being 165 again lol.
