Hey guys-
I'm a 20 year old girl and need some motivation to get down to a reasonable weight. My motivation fluctuates like crazy so perhaps this will help. :willy_nilly:

5'3"- 185lbs.
 
Challenges can help with motivation. They are a great way of meeting people and comparing how things are going.

Some base purely on weight lost and others run more like a party game - giving direction which should lead to excellent weight loss.

I run the summer shake up challenge and you would be more than welcome to join in there.
