that is a lot of weight to lose and you have a way to go, but you will feel the way getting shorter the day you start to see results.....and I am sure you will.


one favourite tip from me...look more towards reducing the inches than the pounds. I measure myself weekly, but weigh myself once in a couple of months.
 
That's a good tip, Hulk. The inches lost are often more important than what the scale says, anyway.
