Hey Iv been around for awhile but only starting to post and use this site more.
Im 17 female, Looking to lose 5 kg and up to about 8-10 kg.
As well as train to be fit and look good as well as get better at sprinting so that I can go to the Olympics for skeleton racing.... It is a big dream!!! so all help would be helpful.
I have no idea on how to set up a training program that i can stick to.
