Hey all thought i would pop onto the forum and say hi and to introduce myself a little bit.

Well my name is chris im 26 years old nearly 27
I weigh approx 10.7 - 11 stone and need to get into shape a bit.
Any tips on getting a good exercise routine with things around the house as im not the richest of people.

Hey Chris, welcome to the forum. Honestly 150 lbs isn't that much weight. How tall are you? 11 stone sounds like a good weight for your age, but that could also depend on height as well.
 
Hi stacy my height is 5ft 5inches.

I dont feel to happy with my weight i have a bit of a belly and want to tone up and get a little fitter.

hey! to just kickstart my weight loss i'm doing the special k two week challenge! i've only been on it for one week but it seems really good. i'm then gonna branch out into like running and swimming this summer but i just need to get motivated first!! <3 :seeya:

Hmm Special K huh? Is that something you can do for the rest of your life? My advice is try to look at your weight loss plan as a lifestyle change - because if you're just going on some kind of diet you will most likely gain the weight back once you get back to eating "normally". Just my two cents. :) Welcome to the forum! I hope you find it helpful!
 
Nah don't worry, it's only temporary but it's got rid of all my cravings and I've learnt to eat more healthy :) thanks for the advice though!I do want to create a permanent lifestyle change and all you guys are so nice <3 <3
