Hey...newbie from the UK

Hey everyone, newbie to the forum. Decided I want to get fit again. 26 now, used to play football from the age of 9, did all the gym, football training, really fit then. Got old enough to drink, and it sadly all went downhill from there.
Started to play again last August, but about 4 games into the season, went over on my ankle, tore all my ligaments, and chipped a bone in my ankle to boot.
Not really done a lot since, now it's got better, I've done a bit of 5 a side, but I just want to get fit again.
Invested in a weight bench today, got a stepper, trainers for running, mountain bike, going to invest in an exercise bike too, to get the old heart pumping again.

Look forward to chatting to you all :D

Cheers everyone! Bad start though, cleared out the garage today, spent 3 hours knocking spiders all over the place! Came to put up the weight bench, found a couple a pieces missing. So now I gotta send a nice email to the nice peoples at Pro Power to send the support bars I need to carry on.
Gives me a bit more time to read, and figure out where to go!
