Hey!!!New here!!!

I am weight training 4-5 times a week along with 2miles a day and 178sit ups min. per day. My muscles are starting to rip and I am wondering if I need to be on some supplements? My diet consist of mainly raw or cooked veg. and meat about four times a week. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Oh, by the way I am a 5-1 119lb. in case that is important!
