Hi weight-loss fitness people.. I'd like to introduce myself and explain a little of what I'm about. I'm Mark, Currently residing in the state of Washington. I'm 27 years old standing 6'1" at a whopping 255lbs. Since end of last year I had made a last minute decision to join the Army. The only thing that had held me back of enlisting asap is my weight. During winter last year I weighed around 296lbs! I worked out for about 1 1/2 months and lost over 35lbs.. A battle I have done in the past in my late teens/ early 20's where back then i lost 45+ in that time. The only thing added between now and then are, my kids. The stress card is playing majorly in my plan at the moment and I'm trying to overcome it all until I can enlist. I've been procrastinating since after winter because I've been stressing the good and bad. I do want to be here with my kids, but on the other hand I want to have a better future for myself and them. So here I am seeking inspiration. Interact with me as you please. I been to other forums where not much were active and I want to read on success stories, read on anyones progress and keep being active in one way or another to keep away from being bored and turning to food. I have been good this year to maintain but need to shed my last 30lbs or so. I'm ready to begin another process.. Cheer me on and if anyone is interested, please keep in touch. Thank you.
