Hey, new here and have a few questions about healthy weight loss

Well i made a new years resolution starting january 1st (obviously) and up to now, march 12, have lost about 21 pounds from 200 even to 179. Personally i am very happy with myself. All i have been doing is eating less and doing about 5 minutes of aerobics and a small amount of weight training almost daily. But i do play hockey once a week and my job is pretty stationary so that probably doesnt count for much exercise.

I have a few questions like:
Am i losing weight too fast, slow or just right?
What are some tips to help stop indulging occasionally?
Is a goal weight of 165 (i am 6 feet tall) reasonable and healthy?
Also, are there any cardio exercises that can be done indoors without equipment?

What s up bro, first of all congrats on your weight loss, that s great!

to answer your questions, i am below i caps...

Am i losing weight too fast, slow or just right?
GIVEN THE AMOUNT OF WEIGHT YOU LOST WITHIN THAT FRAME OF TIME, AND THE WAY YOU DESCRIBED THE METHOD YOU USED TO DO SO, I WOULD SAY DEFINETELY TOO FAST, AND MOST LIKELY YOU LOST QUITE A BIT OF LEAN BODY MASS ALONG WITH BODYFAT.

What are some tips to help stop indulging occasionally?
YOU NEED TO BE MORE SPECIFIC WHEN YOU SAY "INDULGING OCCASIONALLY".

Is a goal weight of 165 (i am 6 feet tall) reasonable and healthy?
THINKING THAT WE SHOULD ALL WEIGH A SPECIFIC WEIGHT DEPENDING ON OUR HEIGHT IS RIDICULOUS TO SAY THE LEAST...TOO MANY FACTORS COME INTO PLAY.

Also, are there any cardio exercises that can be done indoors without equipment?
AGAIN, TRY TO BE MORE SPECIFIC AND LET US IN ON WHY YOU FEEL THE NEED TO DO CARDIO INDOORS WITHOUT EQUIPMENT
