Hey...need help

Im new to working out in a gym and i have some questions...
Im 6,1 and 175lbs

i wondering what time to drink my protein shakes and what foods to eat. i have school Monday trew Friday. i wanna get toned and not that muscular. but i want that six pack sooner or later xD

You should drink your protein shake with simple carbs immediately after you train.

Eating 5 or 6 meals per day spread out every 3 hours or so throughout the day. This will keep your metabolism burning and ensure that your muscles get the nutrients they need.
