firstly well dont to everyone who has shed some weight! all the stories and pics are very helpful!

ok i would like to lose about 2 stone. I do not really have a time to lose it by. would be nice to shed them for the start of june.

I am just wondering what the best exercise's are ? cycling, jogging walking, little weight training.

I have started eating correctly and not just for the sake of it whilst im studying! lol :)?)

gratefull for any advise. and how fast you think i would be able to lose it?

The best kind of exercise is the kind you enjoy, and will keep doing. A mixture of cardio and weight training is usually recommended.

The rate at which you can lose weight will depend on how much you weigh, and how much extra fat you have to lose. One percent of your current weight per week is usually about as much as you ought to go for. If you are more overweight you could maybe go a little more, but as you get closer to your goal, it will get more difficult and your rate of loss will slow.
