Well the fact that he overuses the image of Bruce Lee (his shirt, those pics above the mirrors...) is in itself an unessecary idol worship, which more often that not indicates a lower quality of instruction. It takes advantage of people's naievity and whatnot...
Other than that, the instructor didn't look like he was in fighting shape. Faster than your average joe, yes, but instructors should be prime examples of the style they teach. I admit though, this isn't much to completely write him off, the best way to judge a school is to try it out for a while.
There's nothing wrong with being a fan, but when you try to exploit this admiration to get money while wasting people's time, suddenly it isn't so innocent.
