Hey Me getting hit in the nuts

George Hajnasr check out his website if you still think he doesnt know his $hit you should check him out in person. i understand alot of people go out using jeet kune do as a name, but i would say this guy is the real deal. he has alot of videos online if you would like to check them out. but what makes you think he doesnt know what hes talking about?
Well the fact that he overuses the image of Bruce Lee (his shirt, those pics above the mirrors...) is in itself an unessecary idol worship, which more often that not indicates a lower quality of instruction. It takes advantage of people's naievity and whatnot...
Other than that, the instructor didn't look like he was in fighting shape. Faster than your average joe, yes, but instructors should be prime examples of the style they teach. I admit though, this isn't much to completely write him off, the best way to judge a school is to try it out for a while.
There's nothing wrong with being a fan, but when you try to exploit this admiration to get money while wasting people's time, suddenly it isn't so innocent.

I agree, you don't have to look good to be a good martial arts teacher! The best teacher I ever had looked like a fat slob, but he was good, both as a teacher and a fighter. I never saw him break a sweat or even breath heavy, and I saw him drop guys who looked great in full contact, no holds barred competitions, like they were little kids. And I saw his senior students do the same, so I know he was a good teacher too. All technique, no brawn required!

well my teacher is in pretty good shape if you check his website there might be a pic of him flexing some where and hes a BIG guy. He is from lebenon and he was a fan of bruce since he was little. The only famous martial artist on the walls is bruce. Other the other side of that wall he has pictures of HIM MEETING alot of people like Bruces Wife, Ted Wong, Steve Golden, and more. I've even met Steve Golden and Ted Wong at a senminar at my school. Our school has mirrors on one side so we can watch ourself training if we need to.

I watched it in slowmo and paused. His aim is so bad, when he hits low it wouldnt do anything but make ur belly wobble.
yes snappy knuckle strikes are effective, but only as a start up or feint.
he hits one guy, then another shortly after, then does nothing. That would never happen. The 1st and 2nd guy would come right back from that.
