I Figure i would join..to put my results on here.. I weighed myself yesterday im 270.. i started taking diet pills to see if they will help.. they work with making me alert.. im more energized. lol i was up at 8 30 am .. usually dont get up till 11am... iv been up and out walking around.. ate breakfast and lunch... so far im doing great.. iv never tried losing weight before but im hope to get to 150 or less.. today was my first day .. i have now pictures .. there not pretty .. lol... but i just wanted to introduce myself.. ttyl.. byes
