hey is this healthy???

for breakfast i had a fruit salad which had 1 plum a slice of melon half a big orange few grapes and a small chopped banana with half a strawberry yogurt poured over it

for lunch i had a salad which had lettuce, tomato cucumber,celery,wafer sliced ham, and 2 scrambled eggs on top

and for dinner im going to have broccoli chickpeas and carrots with either tinned sardines or a piece of skinless chicken

is this healthy 2 eat for 4 weeks before i go on holiday how much can i expect to lose

am i eating to much or to little ...what could i change to make it better thank you

Keep track of portions in a site like and see where your nutrients come up
 
Its really not that easy to classify something like that as healthy or nonhealthy...It really depends on how much/serving size of something your eating and whether or not your getting enough calories. I personally wouldnt do that meal plan for 2 weeks for sheer boredom and you'd probably lose weight..but it sounds a little unhealthy (lack of calories) and end up gaining it back once holiday is over.
