Hi guys i'm new to the site was looking for more muscle definition but thought there were some rather good topics that i'd like to get involved in. Over the past few months i've been following a few tips that i've learnt from a website and they have worked well just seeing what everyone else has been using. I won't post a link as i'm guessing that would be seen as spam, and that wouldn't be a good look just signing up lol.
