Well I'm only 17 but I really am looking for a change in my body image. I am 5'8 and about 200 pounds. I was pretty skinny as a child but ever since freshman year my weight has only gone up and it just hasn't stopped! I don't like the way things are going. I just don't want to gain any more weight! I know there are many things I need to do to start my weight on the downward path, does anyone have any advice? Are there are any specific exercises that will burn fat fast, or at least slow but steady?
