Hey, I'm new..

Well I'm only 17 but I really am looking for a change in my body image. I am 5'8 and about 200 pounds. I was pretty skinny as a child but ever since freshman year my weight has only gone up and it just hasn't stopped! I don't like the way things are going. I just don't want to gain any more weight! I know there are many things I need to do to start my weight on the downward path, does anyone have any advice? Are there are any specific exercises that will burn fat fast, or at least slow but steady?

Hey im new here too. Im 15 years old and im 165lbs and 5'6. I would love to get down to 130lbs and thats what Im aiming for. What are your goals? All I can say for advice really is stick to your diet and exercise plan. Be patient and work hard.
 
Any exercise is good exercise! :) Are you looking for things to do more at home or are you planning on going to the gym? There are many options! I wish I would have started back when I was your age, I'm really proud of you for doing this!
