I'm 17. My weight is 149.2 and my height is 5'11. I'm looking to gain muscle but not gain weight. I'm looking for a full workout plan and any supplements and/or vitamins on taking. What foods should I focus on eating? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! - Anthony D.
