Let me first off introduce myself, I'm kayla...um...
Recently i began working out because im absolutely tired of being an overweight couch potato. I started working out and doing well losing weight a few years back, well unfortunatley after i started dating this one guy i stopped because he liked me for how i looked and didnt mind the extra lbs.
Now after taking a step back and looking at myself critically i really need to do something about my weight, health problems haunt my family and i want to try to live healthily and lose alot of weight doing so.
im starting at 196 and my goal weight is 130.
I'm attempting to start working out 5 days a week at Curves. (Im equipped with a friend who is possessed to lose her weight as much as i am and a "no pain no gain attitude!)
lastly im doing the whole portion control thing which isnt exactly easy for me when it combines 2 of my great dislikes:
math and self deprivation (lol)
im going to try out those slimfast drink things to.
any tips for newbie, id really greatly appreciate them.
