I am definitly confused on how to use all this so bear with me.

Ok I am 5'4 and 140 lbs. I hate it. It doesn't sound that bad, but trust me it is. I have an office job so I really dont get much of a chance to exercise, but I really need to lose weight.. any suggestions?

You may be able to kick off a few pounds, but you should probably aim more to tone, and FIND time to exercise. Most of the people on here are insanely busy and have a lot going on, but if you want to do it right, exercise is a definite factor that must be there.

But besides that, welcome to the forum. There is so much information here that you should take a look around in the different forums and start a diary so that you can look back and see how things are going and what trends you notice that you wouldn't have otherwise. Hope you enjoy your stay here at the wlf.
 
I'm currently on Ideal Protein, you can look it up. It works, but it's pretty demanding :) Weight Watchers works well too...
And you're right, your situation isn't that bad so turn that frown upside down :p
