Where shall I start.... well, I am 2 months into this. I'm 5'9, 25 years old and hit 164 this summer, which freaked me the hell out. I am now down 10 pounds, and have been stuck at 10 for a couple weeks.
I'm doing weight watchers and I exercise 3-4 hours a week (I really need to step it up there). I already feel a lot healthier, I've been fast food & soda free for 2 months. My goal is to get back down to my old weight of 130. I would like to be 140 by the end of the year, then maybe by February of next year I can make it to 130. At this point that almost seems impossible. It's so easy to gain weight and yet it takes months and months to get just a tiny bit off. It's frustrating!
I really hope I can do this, to look better, be healthy, feel better about myself, and get my confidence back up so that I can start dating again :)
