I'm Lisa, I am 25 years old and have been overweight for about 9 years. I recently purchased the wii fit and it motivated me to exercise everyday for 30-60 minutes a day. Now i have to focus on eating right and keeping up the exercising momentum and i thought perhaps this forum will help me, I am 3 pounds down on my 50 pound journey. My starting weight was 170, and me being a short gal my supposed appropriate weight is 120 so i guess i will shoot for that :) :seeya:
