Well, This whole week I've been thinking to my self, "Hmmm, I wonder how much weight I would loose, or muscle i would pack,
if I spent as much time at the gym, as i do at the computer."
It really bothered me, thinking about it. So I decided I will take initiative and try to put 1-2 hours a day in at the gym.
But within doing so, I want to start right, I want to eat right, plan it all out. I want to be on some sort of schedule.
I am 6'2, 260lbs, and hide it very well. I have a big bone structure, and some say my upper body is perfect for weightlifting,
as i have big shoulders and a stand out chest. Most my fat on my body sits around my stomach and the "love handles".
All through high school I played Football and Rugby.
My goal is to be around 210 - 220, Loosing 40-50lbs.
What I'm looking for is, a plan, something someone out there does every morning when they wake up, till they go to bed.
I need to be on some sort of schedule, and I need to know how to prepare for this.
I need help, where to start!
