Hey hey heyyyy! ;)

Hi all, I'm Sergio. I joined this forum to motivate myself to lose weight. I just moved and there's really nobody to motivate me except my love handles, but a little more motivation won't hurt right?

I just bought a treadmill, and I ran for 20 minutes burning around 200 calories and ran a total of 1.2xx miles. Who knows how accurate that is but oh well.

This is my first day working out and I weigh about 160 (I'll double check right now). I'm not sure what my goal is, probably until I have a flat tummy. I'm also going to work on building a 6 pack or something.

Anyway, here's my .. you can add me if you like just don't discuss my diet or this forum, I want it to be a surprise to my friends back home. :)

I do wonder how accurate those 'you have burned this many calories' things are .. but I don't think it matters too much. Concentrate on the time you have done or, if you want, the distance. You will be burning cals, even if not the amount that the display says exactly.
 
Hey man! Your like in the same posistion I am in..I just moved to MN, and I've gone on a diet, now I'm moving back to philly and I wanna impress my friends also =D

Yep. But my name is mostly because of my hair and people said I looked like a Hobbit. I'll keep that in mind and start concentrating on the time instead, thanks.
