Hi all, I'm Sergio. I joined this forum to motivate myself to lose weight. I just moved and there's really nobody to motivate me except my love handles, but a little more motivation won't hurt right?
I just bought a treadmill, and I ran for 20 minutes burning around 200 calories and ran a total of 1.2xx miles. Who knows how accurate that is but oh well.
This is my first day working out and I weigh about 160 (I'll double check right now). I'm not sure what my goal is, probably until I have a flat tummy. I'm also going to work on building a 6 pack or something.
Anyway, here's my .. you can add me if you like just don't discuss my diet or this forum, I want it to be a surprise to my friends back home.
