What's up! I'm 35 years old and I've been seriously working out for going on 3 years now. I'm totally indomorphic and have trouble putting on muscle. However, part of that is my own fault because I live and breathe a lot of cardio (3 to 4 spin classes a week, on top of runs), because it keeps me sane.
I'm interested in putting on more muscle and getting cut. I want abs! I'm hoping to get some tips from people that have been through it before. Right now, for the abs, i usually just do 150 crunches a day on the ball at the gym. Cardio takes a lot of my time, and I don't get as creative as I should. I know there are other things I could be doing to help achieve this goal, I'm just not sure what they are - or where to start. Any suggestions???
