Right now i have been really busy so i am slacking a little in my workouts. I am going at the most 3 times a week to the gym. This week should be my last busy week, so hope to get back to the gym 4 or 5 times a week.
As far as my workout goes it is your pretty standard routine..... Monday's chest and bi's, Wednesday's back and tri, thursday or friday shoulders and legs. Cardio when i can, i play basketball usually once a week which usually ends up being most of my cardio for the week .
I take protein, glutamine, and some nitric oxide. Looking to switch that up, which is how i found this site. Going to get some Krea-x for a bit and see how well it works
