Hey guys

Hey guys, I'm Curtis.

Here from the UK. I'm 15, 128 lb and skinny as shizzle. Started at my local gym back in middle/late september. Starting with personal goals of improving my cardio (as it had gone down alot since I started playing on my xbox online alot). Then I kind of moved onto resistance training, hoping to increase my upperbody strength and increase my chest size.
Ever since I can remember my ribs have been in a wierd shape. The left side is more sqaure than the right near the oblique area. It also sticks out on the right hand side central on the chest area, like a rib hump but on my front, not back. I can understand that this will never change, but I feel if I have more meat on my chest and more defined abs then it'll be less obvious and will tone it down to some degree.

Found this place through good old google. Thats about it.

Packing some meat on your ribs will definitely make them less obvious. Keep in mind that, at 15, you're gonna increase in size regardless of exercise. Working out will enhance that though.

Well, in order of what I spend most time on in the gym -

-Abs + lower back with rotary pivot and something I can't remember the name of.
-Triceps with rope and sometimes V shaped bar
-Chest with fly sometimes cross-over cables
-Biceps with curls
-Legs with the chairs I can't remember the name off.

I've really seen an improvement with doing lats, starting off at about 5 reps of 25kg when I first started at the gym. To doing 5 reps of 50kg in a set.

I don't expect to suddenly be massive, but I want to have more of an athletic look, to have my muscles active but not nessecerily huge straight away.

What is your diet like?
 
Weight - 9st 2lb - 57.8kg
Height - 1.78m - 5' 10.0"
B.M.I - 18.2
BF % - 16.5 (Even thought I look really skinny)

My diet is pritty crappy. I never had a thing for sugar or fizzy drinks as I was young. But in the last few years I've set into sugar filled stuff because I feel hungry later at night (9 - 10pm) even though I feel full after having dinner around 6-7. I hardly ever have breakfast aswell, as I never find the time (I know.. Big mistake >_<). I usaully have alot of energy drinks like powerade/lucosade aswell.

Average weekday would be -
10-11am have a bottle of lucozade/powerade
12-1pm have lunch which is usaully a large bun with cumcumber and meat which is different daily, along with a chocolate bar or two (snack size..). Along with another bottle of whatever. Maybe a bottle of water on top of that.
3-4pm have a bowl of cereal
6-7pm have tea which is usaully veg + chips + meat
9-10pm I find myself endlessly snacking on ****.

Weekend is pritty much the same, but I usaully have a bacon butty in the morning around 10-11, and drink less. I've not really got it all planned out in how many g's of this and that I'm getting.

Hey man i was 58kg and at 6.2 feet tall when i came on this site....am now 72.5- 73 kg :) and still getting bigger :cool: you can do it mate...something a trainer sead to me once. Women complain Men do :p
