I've been reading through these forums for a couple of weeks now. Some of the before and after pics are amazing!

I'm 28, male and from the UK. I've been dieting for 10 weeks now and have lost 2 stone. I'm feeling a lot better and fitting into clothes that I haven't been able to get into in a couple of years.

I've still got about 3 stone to go to get to what I always considered my ideal weight. I lost 6 stone when I was 19 and have gradually put almost 5 of those back on over the last 9 years (actually I've put 3 stone on in the last 2yrs since losing my job, so it's time to get back to eating properly and moving more!)

I don't know how much I'll contribute to the forums (I'm more of a lurker than a poster. I only joined to see the pics) but I'll try to post when the mood strikes. I might start one of the diary things on here to help keep me motivated. At the minute my main motivation is not dying of a heart attack when I'm 40!

I've only been here a month or so and its become a habit. A good one.

And congrats on the 2 stone loss! Quite the achievement!

Keep checking in and let us know your progress if you can. That will be the best contribution you can make to this forum. We love progress!
