My name's Anthony, and I'd like to say hi.

I'm really antisocial, so sorry if any of my writing sounds forced.

I never really had any motivation to lose weight until recently, but I was finally tired of being the fat kid, so I decided to sign up at my local gym. I lose an unbelievable amount of weight during these past to months, 15 pounds to be exact, so I decided to keep this up. I only drink water and powerade, and avoid any junk food, and lose about 250 calories a day at the gym. (Whenever I drink coke or eat chips now, I find them too sweet or salty.)

welcome to the forum! and congrats on the weightloss so far, that's a really great start! i'd suggest starting by reading the 'stickies' in the nutrition section which has lots of useful info. everyone here is really friendly and it's a great support system so your in the right place. there's lots of stuff like diaries (where you can jot down your daily activities/meals or just vent), clubs, challenges etc so feel free to explore. all the best xoxo
