Hey guys

i have just turned 39. I am a male weighing 104 kg, 5'10 having a chest size of 45 and waist 44

well i want to get back in shape before i turn 40

so i just joined a gym

In saudi arabia where i am working currently the gyms are good but the trainers are bad. cant call them trainers just couple of guys wtih round muscles

to to get more information i started surfing for it where i come across this site and here i am

i would request all fo you for your support and would like to know about how y loose ur tummy

frankly speaking after joining the gym in first two weeks i gained 2 kgs but could get it back in next two weeks

now i wish i can loose anoter two kg's in two weeks
 
Hello there and welcome. There are some very knowledgable people in fitness and nutrition and lots of successful dieters. Probably you will have to change something in your diet as well. I wonder how easy it is to do so in Saudi Arabia. I think that arabic cuisine is quite oily /although delicious/. I am sure this forum will help you. :)

the bigger problem is i am not staying with my family and i have to depend upon the food from outside every day

i think the first thing i should do is start cooking
