How much weight do you have to lose?

Do you plan on keeping the lost weight off after the wedding? Having something to motivate you such as a wedding is great. But you also have to factor in the post-wedding time (namely the rest of your life) into your 'mental programming' or the weight just piles right back on.

Hi Steve - ideally i need to lose a stone, i'm trying hard but am struggling to lose the pounds :-(

I do want to keep fit and trim after the wedding - i really want this to be a changing point in my life where i eat healthy and exercise.

My main weight issue is around my waist - i dont eat white bread etc.. only wholewheat rice and pasta, i dont drink during the week or eat chocolate / crisps.

I'm wondering if i need to cut wheat out altogether? I'd struggle with meal ideas though if i did? Can you help?
