Hey Guys Please give me Tips about diet and healthy food

Hey guys, i'm 13 years old....im skinny..im about (5"7) and about 127lbs. i'm trying to build some muscle but no matter how hard i try i cant. im always eating and i never get full...im trying to get a 6 pack but i have belly fat. i play hockey and im about to start playing lacrosse..so any tips on how to get a 6 pack with some bellyfat?:sad2:

Do not worry so much, You are still young. Just stay active, playing hockey and lacrosse is perfect. When it comes to eating, you body needs nutrients, so if you are eating a lot, that is not such a bad thing right now, as long as you are eating your vegetables, fruits. No fast foods, no processed foods.

If you want to lose your belly fat, you can start with some sit-ups and push-ups everyday.

Being 13, you'll likely, in the next year or two, be seeing a sudden spout of muscle growth along with your height. As it is, you're body's metabolic functions are still on maximum gear, so it'll be more difficult to train muscles right now.

Although, even when you do start seeing muscle growth, you shouldn't worry about bulking up for quite a few years. And you're fat stores will likely decrease through time, again, as you age. (I don't recall many people I knew who could show abs before they were 15 - 16.
