Hey, thanks. Well I would really love to get down to 130lbs. So that means losing around 35lbs. But, i really dont know where to start..

I suppose the best place to start is evaluating your diet and cutting out all that bad stuff... the things that everyone knows is not good to be eating! lol. If you're already doing that, and/or want to do more, then start with the workouts. A little here and there (half hour or so) and work your way up. check out the Couch to 5K plan, I am in the middle of that program right now. I like it! You're obviously on the right track, at least mentally, if you've come this far! :)

If you have any other questions feel free to ask. And there are so many helpful people around here. Maybe you could start a diary on this site? There are also tons of helpful threads, especially the stickied ones. ;)

heyy welcome

Well I started over. Over the holidays I kinda let lose lol. And I started from Jan 1st and I was doing so so well. No junk food. No soda. Low calorie/fat foods you know? And I also have a FREE membership at the gym so I can do my aerobics classes whenever i want to! But today I fell off the wagon and I really beat myself up for it. Chocolate chip cookies are my weakness. Its like once I fall off I find it really hard to get back on.

psshpffftpsths tlojdasfbn!!! It's one day... Don't let it get to you. Everyone falls off the wagon, it's a hard thing to be "good" for a lifetime. All we know is that it's done and over with, you can't change stuffing those chocolate chip cookies in your mouth... but you don't have to eat those cookies tomorrow. AND you can definately push yourself harder this week to burn off those cookies! You'll be fine... don't beat yourself up. We are only human! And if you expect to do this and do this right, expect to eat some bad things every once in awhile.

I felt crappy after the holidays from eating that junk and not working out as much and then I was like, SCREW IT! I'm still going to reach my goal, dammit-any-how. There's no sense in beating myself up over it now. Just need to work harder at it. And also, it made me stronger. :D Same goes for you!

wow! Thankyou soo much, I never looked at it that way. Thats really gave me some motivation. Heres a question, how much weight have you lost and how much more?

Good, motivation is half the battle it seems. :D

Well, I started a couple months ago and have lost 15 pounds. But I am not really counting that. lol. I'm starting "fresh" on my weight loss ticker and trying to lose 65 pounds from where I'm at now, which would put me at 140. It's going to be tough but it's going to feel soooo gooood!! I can't wait to be posting my before and after pics. :D

Well, I'm sure you can do it! I would like to take before and after pics, but if anyone ever found them I would be mortified! I can imagin my little sister snooping through my draws and finding pictures of my horrible body :puke:

lol.. yeah for sure. It's scary! But it's totally awesome too because:

1. Looking at my crappy self will most likely keep me motivated to NOT look like my crappy self version anymore...
2. It's a true measure of the difference in my body and the transformation I've gone through!

I will think of more later...
