Some of you may remember me. I started my diet early December of last year, and posted here in early January. My starting weight was 260, and as of now I am 210. :) 20 pounds to go!

I'll share a few tips that helped me:
-Don't drink any soft drinks. I've heard that even diet soft drinks can be bad for you, so I stopped drinking them and started drinking water instead. If you can't stand only water, you can try diet green tea. 0 calories, extremely low sodium (80mg, 3% of daily value, if you drink Lipton diet Green Tea.), and according to some people it helps you go to the bathroom, which is good for losing weight.
-Count calories. Using a calculator (such as this one: ), find the amount of calories you burn per day, and subtract 1,000 from that. So if you burn 2,500 calories per day, you should eat around 1,500 a day.
-Eat multiple times a day, but in small portions.

Those have helped me get to where I am today. I hope they'll help someone else here too. :)
