Hey guys/girls.

New here.. Clearly. Wanna know a bit about me just ask hey, Always down for a good chat. But the main reason i signed upto this site was to get advice on better eating that provides a good out put of energy across a whole day and excersize tips and tricks.

Im sort of new to fitness also so bare with me, But to give you an insight into my daily activities so if anyone out there could help me they have more information to go off.

I work in a brass foundary, 9 day fortnights of 10 or 11 hour days of mainly lifting sand moulds that are inbetween 20 - 80 Kilos and the general temperature is 34 Degrees. I weigh 80kilos and stand about 170cm high.

General eat habbits consist of,
Big breakfasts like steak and eggs, baked beans and a glass of v8 vege juice or a green tea and sometimes replace the steak with pancakes.
Through out the day i consume at least 1L of water per 20kilos of body mass and at least another 2L to compensate for sweating,But as far as snacking or mid day meals go i generally have fruit, salad and ham or chicken sandwiches and grain wave chips.
I try not to eat anything after 5pm if i can help it considering i goto bed around 7 and i feel its unnessary to full yourself up just to sleep.

Started my first day of excersize today
15 Set push ups
10 set sit ups
10 set push ups
5 set sit ups
10 set push ups
10 set sit ups
15 set push ups
and 10 i think they are legg ups.. Where you put your hands under yourself any lift your legs
Also when i do push ups my feet and legs are elevated about 20 cm off the ground, i feel alot more comfortable doing it this way.

Yeah thats it i guess.. please let me know if there is something i could do otherwise in terms of excersize at home, am i doing it wrong, how could i improve, best times to work out, and could i follow up on this excersize tomorrow. also as far as diet goes anyone wanna suggest anything i could do to improve my energy out put. and does anyone have any multi vitamin or body suppliments they can suggest.

My main objective isnt weight lose, just fitness and health for now and later i will be getting into weight training for body mass. Also i would like to say sorry for any spelling or gramma mistakes that make this post hard to read.
