Hi guys and gals :D

I thought I might introduce myself. I'm Pixie I have been on the road to my goal weight for about 3 months this time (i tried last year and fell off the wagon). I feel this time I'm in the right mind set and I'm only keeping positive influences around me this time I started weighing myself about 2 weeks ago and since then have lost 4kg (8.8 pounds).

I'm trying not to "diet" but just eat healthier and find what works for my body and what doesn't.

Hello! I'm a new comer to and have a similar attitude to you,wanting to lose weight by eating much more healthier foods and not dieting!(I just can't seem to do diets...!)
