All my life growing up - I was so into exercise! I got divorced and ate myself fat! I remember seeing the scale for the first true time and saying omg I weigh the most I ever have, and I ate more!!! Now it is to the point where I am single and 40 and wanting my life back!!

My problem is that food taste sooooo good!!!

I love salads and all, but the thing is that I am not sure how to get my motivation back to MOVE! In August of 2009, I was up to running/walking 3 miles everyday, and then the time changed and it got dark outside and I quit again. I love it when I see the scale dropping and it feels so good and helps with the motivation.

I have lost 37 pounds since September, BUT doing it the wrong way!!! Actually it was 43 and I have had a set back. See, I quit eating. I go days with just eating a granola bar for lunch and dinner. I know this is wrong, but when I see the scale - it's like my brain goes away. I think this is working, so keep doing it.

I need help! Where do I begin, where do I go from here? I have a Singles Cruise I am planning to take this year and I have to do something healthy!

I am so screwed up!!! Help! How do I work this website to help me!!
