Hey everyone!!!!

Hey guys, Names Andrew and im new to the site.

I was quite hesitant to join at first, as ive read other forums people are really quick to put others down before they know the story.... but after looking around and reading a few things here ive decided to join up. :D

Some background info on me:

  • Im a 25yr old male from Australia who used to be very sports oriented and passionate about it. Due to work and other commitments ive become less motivated and very well.. slack is the best word.
  • Im only 181cm tall and weigh in at about 67-70 kilos (150 - 152 pounds).
  • My main goal is to be physically active again and feel healthy like i did years ago before i was injured and had glandular fever.
  • People tell me to look good i need to eat, that however affects me as i get anxiety when i eat, whether its out or or im thinking im eating to much....
  • I work in a office and when i get home im usually doing some music production for self satisfaction. Come the weekend i spend it with my gf and gym just don't fit it in.


I think thats a good enough intro lol...

Ive come here looking for motivation and help and hopefully as a great succeeds as i try to document all my work either in a journal or a blog which ill set up later.

Hope to keep up to date with my schedule and my log books/journal and hearing the motivation from this forum :D
