I'm Sabrina. I'm in search of thrilling fitness ideas to keep me motivated, and to learn more of how i can increase my endurance, and strength.
I'm the type of person who's into thrilling outgoing activities like krump hip hop dancing, muay thai kickboxing, extreme workouts, longboarding, and sports. i am in constant need to change up routine. so when i hit the gym, i get bored by same routine.
I'm in shape, but i want to perfect my body physically, i need to live as an athlete it's what i love doing. (another goal is to get out of the perfectionist mindset. it's never good, it doesn't actually motivate me, it makes me feel bad about the accomplishments i have made.)
I'm not really healthy, considering i become addicted to working out easily and have an unhealthy relationship with food. Thus my fitness goals are to work out and eat healthily. Finding a balance. I have to go to the gym and sit down, have a glass of water and watch everyone else sweat! To learn how to relax as well as work out!
I want to run for as long as i can, but not marathon running, or on the street, just treadmill running, because i need my knees and legs for martial arts.
I also want to lose 5 pounds. Tone my muscles everywhere, especially work on my legs. My thighs are incredibly strong, but they still are not as firm as they should be and i have horrible cellulite under my butt i want to get rid of, i think it appeared last summer when i was dehydrated and drinking whiskey, (yes i'm a recovering alcoholic and physical activity helps me) now the cellulite won't go away, and i hope toning will harden it so it appears less. I also have a goal to drink more water - it's harder than it sounds
My stable weight is 125, can go up five pounds if i'm bloated with food (digesting problems)
and my height is 5'8. My bones are medium size. I have lots of muscle, pretty firm everywhere except my butt i think, and people say i look like i am healthy.
I have a small problem about this though. Calculations say i am a little underweight, so i don't know if i should actually try and get down to 120. I don't want to lose any strength i have, so not sure if it's a good idea or not.
Anyway that's my intro and my fitness goals!
